Rates for the 2023 Season (Open May 1st through September 16th, 2023)

Note: there is a 2 night minimum on all bookings

Room #1–The Master Suite

  • Single or Double Occupancy–$175.00
  • $50.00 For Each Additional Person (4 persons max allowed in this room)

Room #2–The Pioneer Room

  • Single Occupancy–$130.00
  • Double Occupancy–$150.00 (2 persons max allowed in this room)

Room #3–The Blue Room AND Room #4–The Green Room

  • Single Occupancy–$120.00
  • Double Occupancy–$140.00 (Two person max allowed per room)

Room #5–The Ocean Room

  • Single Occupancy–$115.00**
  • Double Occupancy–$135.00**
  • $50.00 For Each Additional Person (Room 5 has a 5 person max allowed)
  • **Rate reflects that this room MAY be a shared bath with one other room.

Room #5B

  • Single Occupancy–$115.00**
  • Double Occupancy–$135.00** (Room 5B has a 2 person max allowed)

Sales Tax:

  • Sales tax is NOT included in the quoted room rates.  The local sales tax is a sales/bed tax of 9.5 %.

Discounts:

  • Discounts are available for active duty military.  Also available for multiple night stays of 5 or more nights.

Policies

  • Full Refund if cancelled up to 14 days in advance of reservation.
  • 50% Refund if cancelled 14 to 7 days in advance of reservation.
  • Non-Refundable if cancelled less than 7 days in advance of reservation.
  • No Pets.
  • No Smoking.
  • No Daily Cleaning
  • Guest are responsible for any damage.
  • Check in time is 3:00 PM.
  • Check out time is 11:00 AM.
EXCEPTION:
  • Reservations made during the following events there will be NO REFUNDS unless we can re-book the space. Also No active military discount and/or multiple night discount will be given during these special event dates.
    • Great Alaska Craft Beer and Homebrew Festival (May)
    • Kluane to Chilkat Bike Relay (June)
    • Southeast Alaska State Fair (July)

WiFi:

  • Is available for all our guest–please contact host for password.
  • WiFi is available for current paying guest only.
  • Password is not to be shared.
